Zoning Board delivers third strike to Little Ducky Farm

Our Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing last night regarding the owners of Little Ducky Flower Farm’s latest proposal. After hearing testimony, the Board voted unanimously to deny the applicant’s proposed Village Code text amendment proposal(s).

“Agricultural Experience” application meets a similar fate as “Agritourism” did in August

The Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing last night to consider a text amendment application  to our Village Code to include language allowing, “Agricultural Experience,” in R-1 zoned properties.  The ten-page application can be found here.

After testimony by the applicant followed by comment by residents and non-residents, the board voted unanimously to reject the application.

We will post the link to the recording of the meeting when it becomes available.
