“Vintage Luxury Homes has applied for a Special Use Planned Development and Rezoning request for the development of a new residential subdivision at 617 W. Main St., the former PepsiCo site. The Claremont development will include 88 custom luxury single-family homes in a gated community with many on-site amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, cabana, sports courts, walking paths and more. The total site is approximately 94 acres; however, development is only proposed on the north portion of the site and will not extend past Hidden Lake.
Project Status: The Plan Commission Public Hearing for this project will take place on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at Village Hall. This meeting is open to the public. Comments can also be submitted in advance by emailing Katie Rivard at krivard@barrington-il.gov
