Funny. The Citizen’s for Conservation, Inc., spun the Gentlemen Farmer” property off in 2023. This has been in motion since then. Makes one think…

At least the Village receives some real estate tax revenue from this parcel. Also, you should really search the management company for the shell company The Gentlemen Farmer. I’m shocked who really owns this parcel!
