The Village has posted a copy of the agenda for Monday evening’s Village Board meeting. Some of the topics for discussion or vote include:
- [Vote] Opposition to Construction of the Longmeadow Parkway (Bolz Road) Res. 15-
- [Vote] Village Algonquin Intergovernmental Agreement Report
- [Vote] Authorizing Execution of an IGA with Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago Res. 15-
A copy of the agenda can be viewed here.
Has the Zoning Board gotten legitimate members yet? It’s certainly not an accurate reflection of the village.
Yes, marigold, necessary changes made at last BOT meeting.
Not surprising, changes were required due to finding that some prior seats were filled in violation of OMA law and/or held by Members after expiration of terms apparently. The prior ZBA was stacked in order to influence an agenda to advance Barrington Hills as a large scale commercial destination, protect illegal commercial operations, and promote the political base of past Village officials.
We are back on the right track after 10 years of crony politics and our village being held hostage to a fringe of extreme interests.
