Multiple injuries (were) reported, and four ambulances have(d) been requested to the scene as emergency crews work(ed) to assist those involved.
Route 62 (was) completely shut down in the area. Drivers (were) urged to avoid the roadway, seek alternate routes, and allow emergency personnel room to work.

Editorial note: Algonquin Road was closed and residents received absolutely no notification (Text, email, Facebook, X…) from the Barrington Hills Police Department. It would have taken less than a minute to craft a message informing residents.
