The Village Roads & Bridges Committee meets Tuesday at 2PM. This marks only the second time the committee has met in 2025, and the topic is, “Road Program 2026.”

Maybe they could discuss the plow job after the recent snowfall that essentially cleared just a single lane of travel on village roads. It’s virtually impossible for two SUVs to pass each other.
You actually got plowed? We finally had to call someone after two neighbors got stuck and blocked the road.
The difference in plow service is palpable. This was the perfect storm VBH was hoping wouldn’t occur until after their current plow contract ran out. Check out neighboring towns that use our former plowers, Cuba Township. The streets are cleared in each lane and the roads are maintained during the freeze/thaw cycle. I had to use 4-wheel drive in VBH. Not in other towns with same type of rural roads.
Couldn’t “Zoom” in to listen to the meeting since Zoom meeting was not linked to the agenda. What happened to transparency at village hall?
