Just after 4 am Thursday, July 31, Bikramjit S. Sian, 30, of Schaumburg, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of .08 or greater after he drove his vehicle into a pool at a home on Longmeadow Court.
