Send-off for Chief Murphy tomorrow

Barrington Hills Police Chief Michael Murphy retires tomorrow after serving our Village since 1986 when he became a patrol officer.  Since that time he has held many positions in the police force, including being promoted to police chief in 2005.

The Village is holding a reception in his honor tomorrow from noon to 2:00 PM at Village Hall.  Cake and coffee will be served along with a few stories no doubt.
