The Village recently released the agenda for the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals scheduled for Monday evening at 7:30 PM. It would appear most of the horse boarding related topics for discussion will be tabled until a future meeting.
A copy of the agenda can be downloaded here or viewed in the Village Google calendar here.
Observer,
I rely on your posts to keep a pulse on what is happening in the Village, and especially on what is going on in our Village Government.
I do want to comment that, contrary to this latest post – “It would appear most of the horse boarding related topics for discussion will be tabled until a future meeting”
However, a close view of Agenda Discussion Horse Boarding Text Amendment Items 5 below indicates that this topic is on the Agenda for Discussion.;

An overwhelming portion of the residents attending the Public Hearing spoke AGAINST the two Text Amendments (LeCompte and Elder-RCBH). The ZBA needs to hear how the MAJORITY OF RESIDENTS feel about these issues, not just as small number of individuals in the RCBH.
So come to the ZBA meeting and let them know how YOU think about this issue.

Any chance of some official clarity regarding Monday’s ZBA agenda? The agenda lists [Recommend] and to (TO BE TABLED) items. Does this mean the ZBA does NOT intend to discuss potential approval of any text amendment at this meeting – that appears to be the case. It is confusing with no clear communication with the public and with late (Friday) notice on a significantly important matter.
You can always call Bob Kosin tomorrow to get clarification on what will take place at the meeting but use caution.
Do not do so if in the past you’ve experienced heart problems, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, stomach ulcers or bleeding or retinitis pigmentosa.
If your conversation with Kosin lasts more than four hours seek immediate medical treatment.
