The Observer must commend the volunteer members of our Plan Commission for their incredible display of patience with village staff during Monday night’s meeting when an easement matter was discussed. The subject, introduced as “(probably) the most minimal administrative we could ever bring before you for consideration,” proved to be anything but that.

Plan Commission members were also provided with an update on the Longmeadow Parkway project, including information from an apparent “invite-only” meeting Trustee Meroni held with a small group of residents on January 8.

Agreed that the PC members demonstrated patience just like a parent of a five year old who explains a mess with “someone did this.” Sounds like a building department SNAFU more than anything.
