This is the first we’ve learned of this public hearing. We peruse the Daily Herald Classifieds for items of interest in and around the area daily, and never have seen any notice. None, and the Illinois Open Meetings Act requires 15 days’ notice before public hearings occur.

This will mark the third (3rd) time since August 20, 2024, the applicant has attempted to get something similar passed.
