The Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing last night to consider a text amendment application to our Village Code to include language allowing, “Agricultural Experience,” in R-1 zoned properties. The ten-page application can be found here.
After testimony by the applicant followed by comment by residents and non-residents, the board voted unanimously to reject the application.
