Notice of a Public Hearing scheduled for July 9th before the Barrington Plan Commission was recently posted for work proposed at Motor Werks. In part, the notice states:
“Petitioner is seeking full approval for the new standalone Porsche dealership and site plan approval only for the new luxury brand dealership, new parking structure and 15,000 sq. ft. addition to the main facility. The project will also include other site improvements including but not limited to parking, lighting, landscaping and signage.”
