Alinea chef Grant Achatz provides detailed cooking instructions for a free-range turkey you’ll serve alongside green bean casserole, gravy, and roasted garlic and sage stuffing. The meal for four ($265) or eight ($465) includes shrimp cocktail, butternut squash soup, baked Brie en croute and pumpkin pie. Wine pairings and cocktails from The Aviary are available to add on.
