Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at a Regular Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Barrington Hills commencing at 6:30 p.m. January 19, 2021, concerning the application for special use subject to the provision of Sections 5-10-7 and 5-5-3 of the Zoning Ordinance, filed by Christ the Rock Church regarding the property located at 195 S. Sutton Road, Barrington Hills, IL, 60010, identified by Parcel No. 01-16-303-016.
In response to the COVID 19 pandemic, the meeting will be held virtually. The agenda will provide the link for participation and will be posted no later than the end of the day on January 15, 2021 at www.vbhil.gov. All those interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Written comments on the application will be made part of the record of this proceeding, and any question posed in such comment will be asked of the applicant. All written comments should be mailed/emailed to the Village Clerk by 5:00 p.m. January 18, 2021.
