I couldn’t help noticing under the public comments link that Barb Kemp wants to chime in again on 911 consolidation. She and one resident copied on her email masterminded the proposal for multiple 19 story cell towers in Barrington hills as the only method to improve cell phone service back in 2006.
How’d that work out? Had this gone through we’d have dark skies in Barrington Hills filled with strobe lights interrupting our sleep with constant strobe flashing bouncing off the walls of bedrooms of our homes. Cell service may not be the best now but at least we can sleep at night.
