So this village intends to: limit our water useage, increase contractor prices by charging licensing fees, and also tell us how to maintain our homes…………did I get this right?
Question – do the illegal immigrants working on the horse properties need to be licensed also?
Residents need to attend this meeting or at least record this one….
If a truck load of gypsies come up your drive to seal coat your driveway, call the police. We don’t need another law to enact common sense. Seems to me that a past major supporter of our President has a large barn that is blowing away, unfinished, in the wind. Once again, talking to neighbors (or donors) makes more sense than making more laws.
These folks would also tax chickens if we let them.
What’s next? ethnic cleansing?
“Abboud for Congress, Barrington Hills deserves the break.”
BEWARE of the committees that are formed in this village. The Legal Committee DID NOT have a quorum at their meeting yet still made illegal and inappropriate recommendations to our Board of Trustless representatives. What bothers me about this situation is that the Chair, Mr. Huffing-this-chest-man is an attorney and he should know better. Our Village Counsel was also present and we pay him for getting us in legal trouble? Only through the astuteness of a Trustee and an audience member who was actually at this meeting, was this questioned. Shame, shame, shame on us for letting these shams continue!
