Whether or not the Forest Preserve District of Cook County will have an equestrian facility on its newly-acquired 400-acre Barrington Hills property is still a question.
At its most recent community meeting Nov. 19, which attracted some 100 people, FPDCC officials provided an update on plans for the former Horizon Farms property and took feedback and questions from the audience.
