After arriving via complimentary shuttle service, guests will be welcomed with a private cocktail reception set against the backyard backdrop of Fabio’s estate. Enjoy a curated selection of barrel-aged craft cocktails, a selection of wine & spirits, and gourmet small bites. After cocktails, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner that has been specially homecooked by Fabio and his dedicated team. Fabio Viviani
Celebrity chef, restaurateur, and Top Chef Fan Favorite, Fabio Viviani was born in Florence, Italy. Fabio began his culinary career in his teens and, by age 27, had launched five restaurants and two nightclubs in his hometown. After moving to the U.S. in 2005, he opened a series of acclaimed restaurants in Los Angeles and quickly rose to fame on Top Chef, becoming a fan-favorite for his bold flavors and bigger-than-life personality.
