Barrington Unit District 220 board members Tuesday approved a three-year contract with the district’s 450 support staff members.
For the current school year, union members will not receive a salary increase, although each person will get a one-time, 2-percent payment ($470 per full-time employee, on average) to help offset employee costs for new health insurance.
