An upcoming program at Stillman Nature Center in Barrington will offer a chance to get up close and personal with snakes and turtles.
It takes place at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 17, at Stillman, 33 W. Penny Road, Barrington.
Visitors will join naturalist and reptile enthusiast Lara Sviatko as she shares her knowledge about these cold-blooded animals. You’ll have a chance to touch a snake as well as look for Stillman’s snakes and pond turtles.
