After 30 years, Robert Kosin is retiring as the village administrator for Barrington Hills.
Before overseeing the day-to-day operations at Barrington Hills Village Hall, Kosin spent five years as the village’s planning and zoning coordinator. His last day at Barrington Hills is Dec. 31.
Kosin recently talked with Pioneer Press about his career as a public official in local government.
