Great. What did Barrington Hills negotiate to get for our Village besides increased traffic, traffic lights, widening of Rte 62 and noise? Abboud allowed this to happen without BH participation in return for what personal political favor? But, our current BOT sure is doing nothing to help either on this very big issue for the Village. Residents sleep once again on a significant problem. Maybe it will help feed traffic and fans for the commercial polo club going up at Old Sutton and 62. The destruction of BH continues.
I am also interested in how the monstrosity of a Polo center was approved, and why we have not addressed the commercial boarding amendment yet.
We need to rethink the whole home business ordinance as BH is soon to be a commercial endeavor!
Check out the house on cross timber road (it’s bigger than my bank)that is a commercial company’s operating center.
At times I have counted more than 40 cars parked up and down cross timber road and 4 greyhound size busses parked on Braeburn!
How did that get approved and why is nothing being done about it?
The village likely won’t act unless a complaint is filed. Don’t expect a comment on a blog to elicit any action.
Yes how did the monstrosity of a polo field get approved so quickly?
it is such an eyesore
