The Roads & Bridges Committee meets tomorrow, March 24th, at 3:00 PM at Village Hall. Topics for discussion include:
- Highland Ave./Spring Creek Road Project
- Lake County DOT- Hart Road/US 14 Status
- Kane County DOT- Longmeadow Parkway

- Cuba Road Bridge Land Acquisition Process
A copy of the ePacket agenda, including some of the documentation to be discussed during the meeting, can be downloaded here.
So according to the IDOT letter in the packet Haegers Bend will continue to be classified as a “Major Collector” road. Now because of Meroni’s messing around with road classifications with McHenry County Council of Mayors IDOT suggests reclassifying Ridge Rd to a major collector road too.
Merri Oaks will remain a major collector roadway unless Cuba Township agrees to lower the rating, and now IDOT wants to classify Plum Tree as a major collector from Ridge to 14. Nice going.
Please stay out of Cook County Patty. We’ve seen what you’ve done to Lake, Kane and McHenry and we really don’t need any of your “help.”
SOS website update. I now have 8 messages waiting “moderation” on SOS website, some messages dating as far back as February 12, 2015. In other words, SOS inexplicably refuses to publish my blogs. So much for full disclosure.
None are offensive but rather ask SOS candidates, Meroni and Selman simple questions concerning the 3 illegal LeCompte campaign donations and Schuman Letter, 34 days later. Why do Meroni and Selman discuss the 3 campaign donations but refuse to mention the Schuman Letter?
SOS style of transparency reminds me of the former Soviet Union newspaper “Pravda”, meaning “truth”. That is to say, “truth” as the former Politburo believed it to be.
Dasvidaniya Meroni and Selman.
