Observer, why aren’t proposed minutes posted ahead of a meeting? It may be understandable to only post minutes after their approval, but it would be helpful to see these ahead of a meeting to understand context from the previous meeting. Draft minutes from the June 25 meeting are not posted currently on the site, just 48 hours before the beginning of the Board session on July 23.
