Three years since scrapping not only a student’s individual class ranking, but also valedictorians of graduating classes, Barrington School District 220 officials stand behind their decision, saying it has only helped students.
“Our system has worked well. I have never heard anything other than positive feedback to it since it was made,” said Board President Brian Battle.
